The Perfect Transitional Color Combo

Today I have another great transitional look for you that I think has one of the best transitional color combos. Before I start talking about my look, let me say that olive is a great color to wear in-between season. It actually works for all season and I almost consider it a neutral.

That is why for today’s look, I started out with our Olive Four Pocket Cargo Jacket. This is a great soft jacket that you can layer over tops and sweaters to wear now and easily take into spring. It is made out of a soft tencel fabric with cargo pockets and antique brass zipper closure. I love this utilitarian style that is done in a soft fabric, which gives the jacket a soft touch.

I am wearing it with our new Terracotta V Neck Flounce Sleeve Blouse which we have just added to our store. This blouse is the same body as our best selling White V Neck Flounce Sleeve Blouse which I have styled for you before. This beautiful blouse is made out of a soft silky fabric and it is a great piece to wear on its own or under a jacket. I love the terracotta color which is another perfect transitional color and it looks great paired with olive.

For accessories I added our Tan Coral Black Leopard Print Scarf Shawl and Tan Faux Leather String Necklace with Abalone Shell Pendant. The scarf is a leopard print with geometric pattern border and is a light weight sheer making it perfect to take into spring.

I have styled the necklace for you before, so here it is again, it is a great statement piece featuring a beautiful colorful abalone shell pendant. You can wear this necklace on either side as both sides of the abalone shell are very pretty. Check more pics in the shop photos.
